GENERAL
▸ Do not claim the work as your own, Please always credit me for the art.

▸ Unless a commercial fee is discussed, the Client is only allowed to use the artwork for personal use.
▸ If you have a deadline, please let me know with at least a week of anticipation.
▸ I reserve the right to refuse the commission for any reason.
▸ The Client reserves the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
▸ The client may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
▸ Do not use my artwork for AI, NFT.PAYMENT/REFUND
▸ Full payment must be made in advance in order to start the order.
▸ There's no refund once I've start the commision, refunds only if for any reason I can't do your commission anymore.
▸ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
▸ DEADLINE, It depends on characters complexity, but I take from a week to a month to finish a commission.▸ I usually send the WIP (sketch) once it get approved I continue with the process till I finish.▸ I can make small modifications at the end like adjust colors / some details corrections, but if you want more complicated modifications or exceed 3 modifications I will add extra charges.COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT
If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.Commercial rights: x2 multiplier of the base price.▸ Once I finished the work I will send it via Gmail⊰⊹ฺ
